Resource Library for Parents & Caregivers

Free Parent & Child Mental Health Resources. Helping You Understand Your Child

With Clarity, Calm, and Psychological Depth

Parenting is not simply about managing behaviour.

It is about understanding the emotional and

psychological world of the child.

When we understand what lies beneath behaviour

anxiety, overwhelm, attachment, emotional development

our responses change, and so does the child’s capacity to regulate, feel safe, and grow.

The following guides are written to offer clear, calm, clinically grounded insight for parents navigating emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges in children and adolescents.

They are free to download, share and keep.

Life organised around another person  gradually becomes a life you no longer recognise as your own.

The Life That Belongs to You is an informed and compassionate exploration of what happens when relationships begin to alter our sense of ourselves—and how we begin to recover.

Through the Three Rs of Recognition, Reckoning and Recovery, Kim S. Lee explores the patterns that develop within harmful and emotionally difficult relationships, what they cost us internally, and how we can gradually reclaim autonomy, clarity and choice.

This is not a book about diagnosing other people. It is about recognising patterns, understanding their effects, and recovering the capacity to live according to your own values.
